World Sports Betting reserves the right to void any or all bets made by any person or group of persons acting in an attempt to defraud World Sports Betting. Where there is evidence of a series of bets each containing the same selection(s) having been placed by or for the same individual or syndicate of individuals, World Sports Betting reserves the right to make bets void or withhold payment of returns pending the outcome of any subsequent investigation. Any correspondence with regard to such matters should be made in writing to our Customer Services department. In the event of an official inquiry by the relevant sport's governing body or representatives of, we reserve the right to disclose confidential betting information, providing that they agree to keep such information confidential.
Furthermore, World sports betting reserves the right to void all bets and adjust accounts back to the deposit amount, should cross play and manipulation occurs from the "Free bets" voucher used for any Sports, Lotto or casino play. once this is actioned, all accounts will be excluded to participate on any future WSB promotions vouchers offers.
Guaranteed wins from manipulating the free bet to convert to cash, will be regarded as Arbitrage betting and all play will be made null and void.
Once cross play or manipulation is identified, you will be required to play-thought your deposit before any withdrawal can be requested or paid, as per Terms and conditions.
For events where there is no official 'off' declared, the advertised start time of the event will be deemed the 'off'. If for any reason a bet is inadvertently accepted after an event or match has commenced (other than live In-Play betting clearly indicated on our website), bets will stand providing the final outcome is not known, and that no participant/team has gained any material advantage (e.g. a score, sending off for the other team, etc) at the time the bet was placed. If the outcome of an event/market is known World Sports Betting reserve the right to void the bet, win or lose. Disputes over times bets are placed will be settled using the transaction log. All times stated on the website and/or referred to by World Sports Betting staff relate to South African Time (GMT +2), unless stated otherwise.
In-Play betting - where we have reason to believe that a bet is placed after the outcome of an event is known, or after the selected participant or team has gained a material advantage (e.g. a score, sending off for the other team etc) we reserve the right to void the bet, win or lose.
If for any reason we are unable to validate the outcome of a particular market (e.g. due to loss of live pictures), all bets will be void, unless settlement of bets is already determined.
In all cases there must be a possibility for either party to win at the time the bet is made, failing which the bet, or the affected selection, as the case may be, shall be void. Any Tote bets that compromise of the Field in all legs, or any manipulation thereof that results in several bets being placed, that when combined, result in the Field being selected in each leg, will be void.
Where a customer gives ambiguous instructions World Sports Betting reserves the right to split the amount of monies staked between the potential outcomes. Where this is impractical we reserve the right to void the whole of that bet. In any event the decision of World Sports Betting is final.
World Sports Betting reserves the right to withhold all winnings payments and/or deem bets placed on an event forfeited if, upon conducting an investigation either internally or in conjunction with external authorities, World Sports Betting, at its sole discretion, concludes that there has been involvement in illicit activities such as match-rigging or match-fixing, collusion, cheating, or any other unethical behavior.
World Sports Betting reserves the right to void a bet at any stage, regardless of whether the event for which the bet was placed has been settled or not.
