International Clients Terms and Conditions

 

1. Withdrawal Restrictions

 

1.1. Customers without a South African bank account will encounter difficulties when attempting to withdraw funds from their accounts on our Platform.
1.2. WSB is not responsible for any challenges or delays experienced by international customers when attempting to withdraw funds, including but not limited to currency conversion issues, international banking regulations, and fees associated with international transactions.
1.3. It is the responsibility of international customers to ensure they have a compatible and accessible bank account in South Africa, to facilitate withdrawals from our Platform.

 

Note: Non-resident South African accounts require SARB (South African Reserve Bank) approval and as gambling recreationally does not fall within the standard parameters, unfortunately SARB will decline approval. Only South African resident accounts can be utilized as these do not require SARB approval. Until such a time as the grey listing has been lifted, we are unable to process non-resident payments.

 

2. Customer Responsibility

2.1. We strongly advise international customers to:
a. Verify whether their local banking regulations permit withdrawals from online gambling platforms.
b. Confirm that their bank account is capable of receiving funds from South Africa and is suitable for currency conversion if necessary.
c. Be aware of any fees or charges imposed by their bank or payment service provider for international transactions.

3. No Liability

3.1. WSB shall not be liable for any financial losses, difficulties, or complications experienced by international customers due to withdrawal restrictions or issues arising from their inability to withdraw funds.
